How can I order online?

If you're an existing customer, please speak to your account manager or customer services about ordering online and they'll send you your login details. If you're not an existing customer please get in touch with us and one of our Sales team will be in touch.

Prices - I can't see any prices?

Prices will display once you're logged into your account.

Cut Off Time - What's the cut off time for ordering?

Our Cut-Off time for next day delivery is 11:30pm. However some products (mainly prepared produce, dairy & bakery) have earlier cut off times. You'll find these times in the product descriptions in brackets e.g. (Cut-Off 8PM).

Delivery Area - Where do you deliver?

Minimum Order - Do you have a minimum order?

We do have a minimum order depending on where you're located but our highest minimum order value is only £50.00!

Products - I can't find the products I'm looking for on your website?

If you can't find what you're looking for on our website then please get in touch as it may be a product that we supply but haven't yet listed on our site but also if it's a product that we don't already supply, we'll always look into stocking it for you! Contact our Buyers

Order Addition - I already placed my order, how to add to it?

Just place another order in the same way you did the first. The order will be put together by our warehouse staff and will be delivered together but you will receive two separate invoices.

REKKI & MarketMan - Can I place my orders on Rekki or MarketMan?

Yes, you can, we accept orders through both Rekki & MarketMan you just need to set us up as a supplier and in the contact details use the email address orders@wellingtonfresh.com  (Live availability and pricing are only available through our own website).
